Received a defected or wrong item? Don’t worry! Kalsom offers an exchange as long as you fulfill the policy checklist! 

- Must be made within 14 days

- The tags must be intact and in original packaging

- Condition must be in neatly and securely

- Must be unused, unworn and unwashed

EXCHANGE  ELIGIBILITY 

Exchange are only available for size and/or colour of the same product. Exchanging for a different product are strictly not allowed. 

It should take our warehouse team 1-3 working days to process the item upon receiving it.
